These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the macOS application "camtune" (the "Software") provided by aphelion.work. By using the Software, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
The copyright in the Software belongs to aphelion.work. You acquire a non-exclusive right to use the Software in accordance with Apple Inc.'s Mac App Store EULA. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute or modify the Software.
2. Free trial and Pro purchase
You may use the Software in full for 14 days from first launch. After the trial, the Software's primary features will be locked unless you purchase a Pro license. The Pro license is a one-time purchase that includes future updates.
3. Refunds
Refunds follow Apple Inc.'s policy. Please submit refund requests from your App Store purchase history.
4. Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Apple Inc.'s EULA, aphelion.work assumes no liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
5. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Material changes will be announced at camtune.aphelion.work.
